For large families or groups of up to 12 people, it is also possible, if available, to book the adjacent Apartment A (NORD). This includes: A bathroom (5.60sqm) Three rooms (13sqm, 19sqm, and 12sqm), each with: A wardrobe A desk Fiber Wi-Fi TV A comfortable sofa bed for two people. The space Apartment B is perfect for short stays and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features 3 rooms, one of which includes a practical kitchenette wall. Each room is furnished with a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a comfortable double sofa bed. Although the sofa beds are not traditional beds, they provide excellent comfort for resting. The choice to use sofa beds was made to ensure a tidy and spacious environment: when closed, the rooms become more welcoming and visually neat, perfect for relaxation and functionality during your stay. Guest access Apartment located on the first floor of a small two-story building. The entrance is on the first floor, where a short corridor with a mirrored wall at the bottom separates the two apartments: A on the left and B on the right. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with automatic opening and closing, with personalized access codes, to allow greater flexibility during check-in and check-out. Before you arrive, we will send you the location and access codes on your smartphone, with instructions for your stay.
