The seven bays are made up of seven unique Cornish landmarks and beaches which stretch seven miles along the North Coast from Porthcothan near Newquay to Trevone Bay near Padstow. The harbour town of Padstow, a charming fishing port at the heart of the Camel Estury is a perfect place to watch the world go by. Food and local produce are in abundance with Rick Stein & Paul Ainesworth both having restaurants in addition to many small cafes, pubs and eateries, there are shops, galleries and a museum to keep you entertained. Hire a bike and cycle the Camel Trail taking in some beautiful Cornish countryside, explore the beautiful South West Coast path or take the ferry across to Rock where you will find some great walks along the coast to the spectacular beaches of Daymer Bay and Polzeath and try your hand at some water sports.
