The first level of this villa features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and the main entertainment area. The first bedroom is located to the right of the main entrance with a king-sized bed, smart TV and newly remodeled ensuite. The ensuite features an expansive vanity with a tiled walk-in shower and linen closet for added storage. Just down the hall and to the left, bedroom 2 features a new king-sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also connects to the hallway for added convenience. Before entering the kitchen, the laundry room is located to the right with a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker. The open floor plan makes this villa perfect for entertaining with a seating area located just off the kitchen for morning coffee.
