A BBQ grill is located on the spacious back porch with two picnic tables. Explore the nearby mountains, lakes and desert terrain of Joe’s Valley and Emery County. Walk to the frisbee golf course (discs provided), playground and ball park next door. Swim and play at the indoor and outdoor pools of the aquatic center just blocks away. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house. Each guest will receive their own digital code for entrance to the front door. Other things to note We are pet friendly but require a $50 pet fee per stay for a indoor dog and $25 fee per dog after that. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. We also ask that you not allow the pets on the beds or furniture. There is a yard in the front and back of the home as well as a kennel in the back yard to keep your dog in. There is a BBQ in the shade on the back deck. Enjoy dinner outdoors with a two picnic tables. The top steps for the upper level and door landing are slightly taller than the other steps. Please be careful not to trip on the stairs.
