Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape on the Wild Atlantic Way in Irish speaking South Connemara. A short walk to a sandy beach. Ideally located for visiting Connemara, Kylemore Abbey, the Connemara Loop, The Burren, the Cliffs of Mother and 5 minutes from the ferries or airport to the Aran Islands. Nestled between traditional stone walls Connemara Glamping offers safari style tent luxury facilities, with an en suite bathroom. A slower pace of life awaits you. For children 8+ The space Our tent, An Dreoilin, provides camping for softies! This is camping but not as you know it. Some walls are solid where they need to be but most inside walls and exterior are canvas. Large sitting ,dining eating area, separate 3 bedrooms and bathroom with large wall-in shower. Large verandah with seating for 6 Guest access We have a stone ‘Little House’ building which houses a shared combi-microwave/oven. A little way from the tents is a communal fire pit and seating area - wood supplied and a communal bbq. Other things to note Children 8 and over welcome. Please note this is camping. We have installed wood burning stoves but our insurers won’t let us use them. We have electric blankets on the beds. Where essential we have electric lighting - bathroom and we have a mix of solar lanterns and twinkly lights everywhere else.
