The Fergusson House is situated in Lyndoch the doorstep of the renowned Barossa Valley wine district. Great for groups to enjoy, or family holidays, and a bonus of being pet friendly. A large comfortable house that sleeps 9 - 10 making for a memorable Barossa experience that can be used as a base while exploring The Barossa Valley / or a relaxing getaway with a 6-seater therapeutic spa to enjoy. Ample parking including enough space for a caravan or boat. Available for short and long-term stays. The space The Fergusson House has 4 bedrooms - (a living area with a sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bedroom) 2 living rooms, and 2 large outdoor entertaining areas which includes a 6 -seater therapeutic spa. The main bedroom is located in its own private wing and has a queen bed, smart tv, an extra living area with a sofa bed, ensuite, and its own access to the outdoor entertaining area. Also has reverse-cycle air conditioning. The other three bedrooms are off the second wing. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a built-in robe. Third bedroom has a queen bed and built-in robes. Fourth bedroom has a double bed and built-in robes. Electric blankets supplied. The full-size guest bathroom includes a separate toilet, shower, and bathtub. Fergusson House contains two large living areas, and plenty of space if you are a bigger group or have children. With separate wings, two families can stay there privately and comfortably. Amenities include Foxtel, Wi-Fi, and streaming services are available on both large smart TVs, one which is in the main bedroom. There is a third large TV in the second living area with a dvd player and variety of DVD's. Two outdoor entertaining areas with plenty of seating and includes a barbecue, webber, and a fire pit for the colder months, plus the second entertainment area has a 6-seater therapeutic spa to enjoy all year round. A kennel is also supplied for your dogs, and both areas enclosed. Enjoy the house any time of the year and keep warm or cool with the two reverse cycle airconditioners in the main bedroom and living space, and ducted air conditioning throughout the house. If you love to cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen. But the Barossa is known for its foodie culture with many wineries, restaurants and cafes to explore and indulge in. Town center is just a short walk and Gods Hill Wines is just up the road, a 2-minute walk where you may order a pizza and a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful hilltop views of the Barossa Valley. If wanting to visit Tanunda, a 12 minute drive, with many wineries to stop on the way. As the house is located on a corner block there are two large driveways with room for plenty of cars to park. For the traveler, there is also ample room for a caravan or boat. Let host know if bringing a boat or caravan so that area will be made available. Guest access Access – We have a key safe at the rear of the property, by the front door so access is easy. The rate is based on 2 guests - an additional $50 will be charged per person per night . Other things to note If you are interested in bringing your pets please bring their bowls and bedding and clean up after them. A kennel is available. You will have the house to yourselves and will not be disturbed. The large back shed and walk-in robe (in the main bedroom) aren't for guest access, so please be respectful and do not try to enter. A cot can be supplied if requested. Electric blankets are in bedroom cupboards in the second wing if needed during colder nights, plus extra blankets, linen, towels etc, all supplied.
