The space The Beach House is a luxury 3.5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths located in the lovely gated and child-friendly Palm Cay Resort, Nassau, Bahamas. It is a short 15 minutes’ drive to the Atlantis Resort but we believe that once you set foot in Palm Cay, you won't feel the need to go anywhere else. The Palm Cay Resort offers an amazing private marina, tennis courts, pools and a playground for children. It is approximately 2700 square feet and is built directly on the beach. The turquoise water is less than 50 feet away! Just Dream! waking up to the sound of the waves every morning... It spans on three floors. On the first floor are the lavish dining room, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a living room offering unparalleled views of the ocean —cable TV and free Wifi. There is also a powder room and a laundry room. Another great feature is the large terrace where you'll find a coal BBQ, a dining table for up to 6, a nice seating area and four comfortable lounge chairs and 2 stools. It is on the second floor that you'll find the amazing master bedroom with a king size bed. Its well-appointed balcony is simply breathtaking. Of course, the master bedroom has its own en-suite with two sinks and a large shower, A large and nicely decorated guest bedroom is also on the 2nd floor. It has a queen size bed and has its en-suite! On the 3rd floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms and another bathroom with two sinks and a large glass shower. The bedrooms are superbly decorated and one have a king size beds and two singles and the other a full bed. The swimming pool is fantastic and is located right on the beach. The deck is expansive and lounge chairs are provided. Guests can enjoy a major beach restaurant serving Lunches and Dinners and the Marina café. It's only a 2-minute walk by the beach... They serve excellent lunches and dinners and the chef will even cook your catch if you get lucky during a deep-sea fishing excursion. "Jazz Night On The Beach// Live Music" is during the week end on days to be confirmed. Make sure to contact the Clubhouse for further info on other activities and event. The marina offers water-based activities including snorkeling, deep-sea fishing excursions, boat charters, etc. Guest access Information about the Palm Cay Beach Club: During your stay at the Starfish Isles Beach Units, you'll have exclusive access to the Starfish Beach and Beach Pool, specifically reserved for guests of these units. Additionally, our beach house provides you with your own beach sunbeds. All other amenities, whether complimentary or paid, are available at Palm Cay. The "Beach Club" is a separate entity operated by a different company. It includes a pool and cabanas in a small area of the resort, primarily intended for guests of units without direct beach access, which is not your situation. Additional services like the beach restaurant, marina café, and SPA are accessible by paying for the respective services. In summary, the Beach Club is not included in your package and is not accessible to you. Moreover, given your direct access to the beach and beach pool, paying an additional fee, estimated around $150 USD per person per day, wouldn't be practical. Other things to note Palm Cay, Bahamas is an exclusive gated community with fabulous private white sand beaches, a chic marina, tennis courts, swimming pool, kids playground, a Clubhouse restaurant, café and more. The Beach-House has three floors. The décor is simple and clean. The property has an elegant uncluttered aesthetic. It is fully equipped with everything you may need from high-speed Internet/wifi to beach towels. The ground floor has a beautiful furnished deck and patio directly on the beach with palm trees providing shade. The adjacent living-room and gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar have an open plan layout filled with natural light. The bedrooms are all very comfortable. On the first floor, the Master Bedroom is spacious and bright with an ensuite marble bathroom and ample closets. It has it’s own terrace for catching sensational sea views with a little breeze thrown in. Also on the first floor, there is another roomy bedroom with two single beds and ensuite marble bathroom and closet space. The entire top floor is open plan, featuring one extra-large bedroom with two sections. Facing the sea, a queen-size bed is next to a small balcony with gorgeous sea views. At the other end of this floor there are two single beds and a walk-in closet. These two sections are divided by a marble ensuite bathroom with a passage adjoining the two. On the ground floor, there are comfy sofas, cable tv and yet more fantastic views across the deck. The dining area seats eight. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen has a large refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, drip coffee-maker, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Of course, the entire Beach-House is fully equipped with air-conditioning and wood floors throughout. The Beach-House has access to a swimming pool, just on the right next to the building and within earshot and eyeshot of the beach. Spend your days relaxing on a manicured kid-friendly white sand beach on a luxurious chaise with iced drinks - while hardly lifting a finger! On the left hand side of the beach, in a smaller area there is a Beach Club which is a private independent company, the Beach Club is NOT included into this rental, an additional fee is required to be paid directly to the Beach Club.
