The private neighborhood is surrounded by trees & flowers. If you’re lucky, you might see some wild deer and local osprey! Only minutes away from great restaurants, shopping & recreational activities in Mooresville/Lake Norman areas, Lowes' Head Offices, Davidson College, and a quick drive to all that Charlotte has to offer. The space (If your group has more than 20 persons but less than 34 persons, I would like to invite you to book this house and my other lake house right next door to this one-see the link for details: www.airbnb.com/h/123lakehouse) SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom #1 (master suite) at upper level: 1 king bed, 1 chair, private bath tub/shower/2 sinks Bedroom #2 (2nd master suite) at lower level: 1 king bed, working desk, sofa, private bath room of shower and sink Bedroom #3 at lower level: 1 queen bed and 1 chair Bedroom #4 at upper level: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4+) and 1 sofa bed Bedroom #5 at lower level: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4+) and 1 dresser Large sofas in both the upper and lower level living rooms (sleep 1 adult and 1 child) One other full bath room in each level plus a half bath in upper level (total 4.5 baths) We provide a complimentary starter kit for your comfort, including bath/beach towels, extra sets of bed linens, hand soap, dish soap, trash can liners, and toilet paper. Please only take the beach towels not the white towels outside. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Extra pet fee of $150 each up to 3 pets per stay needs to be paid before passcode can be sent. PLEASE NOTE, $150 PET FEE IS FOR ONLY ONE PET. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 1 PET, PLEASE SEND ALL THE PET FEE BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. If you do not want to pay pet fee, then please do not bring your pet. Please double check if your summary payment to Airbnb includes any pet fee. We understand the need for visitors to come to meet the guests. Due to the safety and capacity consideration, no more than 20 persons (guests plus visitors) are allowed at the property during any time of the stay. For guest over 16 persons, $100 extra fee per guest per night needs to be paid before passcode can be sent. If your stay includes Sunday, please move the two trash bins on Sunday night (trash collection on Monday early morning) up to the garage area of the next door neighbor. There are a few trash bins sitting there. You should be able seeing them when you drive down to the house. There are plenty of space to park your cars (16+ space): either right in front of the main entrance and garage, or in the upper portion of the large loop drive way. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLES PASSING THE HOUSE DOWN TO THE LAKE AREA DUE TO THE STEEP DRIVE WAY. Feel free to call us if you need any help.
