Guest access Guests access the unit via keyless entry. Check-in is automatic. Other things to note There is a guest house in the back with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, but there is no kitchen, living room or dining room but nobody will be staying during your stay. If you wish to book the guest house, you may book our other listing which includes the guest house. Early check-in/Late check-out request: Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time. Additional note: The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 8. Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies. We also don't provide the gas for the grill, but there's a propane tank on the property that guests may fill for their use.
