Please review the rules before you book this property. The "Estrella de Mar" house is an incredible 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house in the exclusive community of Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach. This house is a short walk to the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area. All four bedrooms have KING beds, ceiling fans, and 55" Smart Tvs. There are two masters, and then two bedrooms with a shared bath all on the main level. The kitchen, dining, and living space are all on the upper level so you can enjoy the gorgeous views. Sleeps 8 comfortably in beds, 2 on a king air mattress, and 2 single folding beds. The game garage has video games, ping pong, a folding pool table, cornhole, and more! It also has beach chairs, boogies boards, beach buckets, plenty of chairs, umbrellas,a tent and even a kayak you can use! The outdoor space at this house is fantastic! You have a nice back patio to gather the family and friends to head to the beach. You have a spacious upper deck off the kitchen and living space where you can BBQ your favorite foods or just relax and enjoy the views! This house has it all! We have 4 parking spots in the front of the house. If you bring a trailer it must be parked in one of those spots or you can make arrangements with us to park it on a dirt lot in the community for an additional nightly fee.
