This brand new luxury rental is a true gem! Other things to note The house also has a 90 foot dock (with power) connected to the Intracoastal with no fixed bridges between us and the ocean. The dock has a few built-in ladders but does not have a lift. There is a $500 Docking fee to cover the length of the stay paid directly to host. We ask that you please come equipped with bumpers.
