The space This charming home about 20 minutes from downtown Brevard, NC and minutes to some beautiful hikes in Gorges State Park. It boasts an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, with a stunning high ceiling in the main room. The largest bedroom features a dedicated work nook and is located up a few stairs off the living room. Additionally, there are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed and trundle, separated by a heavy curtain. The basement offers a spacious queen bedroom with a trundle and a full bathroom, while a separate full bathroom is available on the main floor. For added convenience, the washer and dryer are located in the bunk room. Enjoy outdoor dining and grilling on the deck, while taking in the refreshing mountain air. The chic and modern open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, while comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Please note this is a remote mountain home and the immediate road leading up to the home is gravel. ABOUT BREVARD Brevard, NC is a charming town located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, surrounded by natural beauty and outdoor adventures. Some of the popular attractions include the Pisgah National Forest, the Dupont State Forest, and the Brevard Music Center. Visitors can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and kayaking, or explore the local art galleries and shops in downtown Brevard. We love that our home offers easy access to the town's many attractions and amenities. Guest access You will have the home fully to yourself and will have access to the entire property. The driveway is gravel and can be little bumpy at times. Other things to note *Cold months may require AWD in the event of ice* The road leading immediately up to the home is not very long, but is rather bumpy. Our handyman is great, and lives nearby so let us know if you need anything. The home is situated in an older residential mountain street. It is very remote and very safe.
