Other things to note Important Update: Beginning March 2025, Amelia by the Sea will undergo vital structural improvements to ensure our property's long-term beauty and safety. While we're excited about these enhancements, we want to be upfront with you: construction work, including concrete and steel repairs, as well as balcony renovations, will create noise during daytime hours for approximately 12 months. During balcony work, access to your unit's balcony may be temporarily restricted or blocked. Construction Hours are 8am-5:30 M-F, no work on weekends. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there as well as on the beach.  If you want to get a workout there are 2 tennis courts available for your usage on a first come first serve basis.
