Dining room has a family table that accommodates 6. At the end of the day get ready to relax in one of the three bedrooms. Master bedrrom has a king size bed with flat screen tv. Master bathroom has double sinks, private toilet area, stand up shower and jacuzzi tub. Secondary Bedroom has a king bed with flat screen tv and spacious closet space. Third bedroom is the perfect room for the littles. It has 2 twin beds, flat screen tv and closet space. That`s not all..Clocked out has a sunroom!! Perfect area to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. It also has an arcade machine to entertain the kiddos while your getting ready for the day, preparing dinner or just trying to get your coffee on!! Wait there`s more! Step outside in the backyard and enjoy some outside dining in the 6 topper outdoor dining set. Also included is a gas grill. Perfect to grill up your catch of the day. (Propane not included) Clocked out also has a private fish cleaning station with private dock to park your boat right behind the house. Boat lift and garage is for owner use only. Guest access Guest will receive their check in instructions 7 days prior to their arrival and will be able check in directly at the property. We will also provide guests with our contact information. Someone is available for emergencies after 8 pm as well. There is also a Welcome Book provided at the property with helpful information such as Wi-Fi password and trash days along with the check out procedure. Other things to note House Rules: Check-in:3:00 PM Check-out:11:00 AM Boat lift is for owner use only. Garage is for owner use only. Please Note: All property bulkheads are privately owned. Please do not cross over to any neighbors dock without permission. It is considered trespassing and you will be in violation of property house rules. Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. This home is pet friendly and a pet fee must be paid by guests. There is a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet . The fee for the first pet will be added during booking. If bringing two pets please call our office to add your additional pet. There is a limit of two pets 25 lbs and under. Pets are not allowed on any inside or outside furniture at anytime. If pet fee is not added at booking please contact our office to add your pet to your reservation.
