Being only 1 mile from Telford, 10 mins from Ironbridge & only 20 mins from Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and many other beautiful areas. Lots of stunning walks locally, The 400 Acre Telford Town Park of which there are many leaflets at the house. There are many great restaurants locally, Kayaking, Golf, Cycling, Fishing & also all the Museums and Art Gallery in Ironbridge. The space This is a beautifully spacious house with a large sitting room with 3 sofas, a kitchen/dining area and large spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have seating areas and all have flatscreen tvs. The Sitting room has a large flatscreen tv with sky tv available for anything that doesn't require the passcode. The bedroom on the 1st floor has an extra sky Q box which gives you access to sky. The other bedrooms have large smart TVs. The 2 very large bedrooms (be with extra pull out bed located in the upper landing that can be used in either of the top bedrooms) in the top floor have specific seating areas, sofas or chairs. There's 2 en-suites and a large family bathroom and spacious landing areas. The sociable walled garden/patio has a bbq if you wish to eat outside (please clean it out if you use it) and the cushions are kept in the living area behind the sofa if it rains. There are large gates in the garden if you want to bring a car inside (the key is on a hook at the back door) there's another specific off road space at the front and on street parking available too. Guest access You can access the whole house except 2 small bedrooms which are used as storage & locked. There's a key safe code for the house which will be given to you prior to entry. The key safe is just to the right of the wall as you reach the front door. There's back door keys (by back door in a hook) to open the gates at the back if you want the car off the road on the back driveway or there's an off road space at the front of the property as well as on street parking.
