Our home has beautiful granite countertops with a 6 guest dining room and 4 guest high top chairs. We have a 50’ inch TV in the kitchen area and another 50’ inch TV in the family room. Every room has its own TV with Netflix included! Enjoy your stay in a beautiful open space style home.The house has three skylights, multiple lighting features and a screened garage. (Our big screen door is currently under repair and cannot be closed) 7 mins-Spanish Springs 17 mins- Sumter Landing 26 mins- Brownwood Square 8 mins-Walmart 7 mins- Publix Our home also features a screened area where you and your guests can enjoy a morning coffee or the late night breeze. Also, enjoy morning walks or bike rides! (Our screened in port is getting repaired starting April 1st)) If you love listening to your favorite jams or some morning/late news, this home has a built in radio FM/AM with speakers through the house. Guest access With the Guest Passes you have access to 29 executive golf courses with a green fee. 11 championship courses for a small resident fee. Golf in the villages is tailored to all levels of play. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and swimming pools. Rec centers offer activities like bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, billiards, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor activities. There are also thousands of clubs to join and organized activities every week. Guests have access to first level, second level is closed off for now. This Airbnb partners with LAF Golf Cart Rental. The Golf Cart rates are as follows: $18 daily rate $420 a month If interested send us a message regarding the Golf Cart along with your email. They will send the Golf Cart Agreement. Other things to note NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR INSIDE THE CARPORT. There will be a $250 fine + $150 cleaning fee for smoking or vaping anywhere on premises(this includes near entrances and carport) NO PETS! A $500 cleaning fee will be added to your account if it is suspected that a pet has been in the home.
