Cook with ease in a fully stocked kitchen featuring a gas cooktop, wall oven, air fryer, 2 coffee makers, spices & condiments. *Comfort & Entertainment* Stay cool in the summer and cozy in the winter with central A/C & heating throughout the cottage. Enjoy a 65” Smart TV, Wi-Fi, board games, kayaks & SUP boards. *Lake Ontario Access* Swim in crystal-clear, shallow waters with a sandy bottom. Perfect for families! A public boat launch and marina is just 10 minutes away. *Hot Tub* Relax year-round in the private hot tub overlooking the lake. Other things to note -Public boat launch is 10 minutes away. -Hot Tub is only available until 11:00PM. -Kayak and Paddle Board is available from mid May to mid September (weather dependant) Please respect our neighbors: -Quiet time is between 11:00pm-7:00am. -No Smoking -No outdoor activities including hot tub past 11:00pm.
