The house is introduced by aspacious verandafurnished with table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. The entrance in Stone Hill House is in theliving room, furnished with dining room and sofa, overlooked by the kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of2 double bedrooms, one of which is in the charming trullo, and1 single bedroom.A shower roomcompletes the interior. The surroundings of the vacation home in Torre Vado Stone Hill House is located on the slight rise ofTorre Vado, less than 1 km from the sea. Torre Vado in summer is a lively, small and well-serviced seaside resort located on the coast ofMorciano di Leuca, in Lower Salento. A few minutes` drive separates it from other popular destinations for seaside vacations in Salento, such asSanta Maria di Leuca, only 6 km away, famous for its sanctuary, sea caves and beautiful villas, or the beautiful beaches of Lido Marini andMarina di Pescoluse, less than 3 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
