With 5 bedrooms, up to 12 beds, sleeps up to 18 guests!! So gather a few families & book your next unique country getaway!! Whether you like to float around in the resort style pool soaking up this peaceful scenery, have a BBQ on the pool deck or get more adventurous and ride the many tracks, jumps, berms & ruts on your motorbike or quad bike.. Say hello "Garry & Larry", our 2 alpaccas, "Gus" our big gentle giant highland cow, inquisitive black Angus cows, "Holly" the horse, chooks of a few kinds & our pet ducks over at the dam. FRESH FREE RANGE FARM EGGS Be our guest & collect fresh farm eggs every morning and add them to your breakfast! CAMPFIRE/COMBUSTION FIRE If you enjoy a good campfire you will love our rather large fire pit out by the pool area, unwind & relax soaking up the beautiful views of the rolling hills and our magnificent sunsets!!! ALL FIREWOOD SUPPLIED AIR CONDITIONING/FANS This large open house boasts ducted air conditioning in every room making your stay very comfortable on those warmer days or if just needing a bit of air circulation, all rooms have ceiling fans ROOM SETUPS 4 out of the 5 bedrooms are large rooms and have beautiful views of the farm Room 1 = large room - king bed, day bed/single bed, single trundle bed, large ensuite with double shower Room 2= large room - queen bed & desk Room 3= large room - bunk bed/double bed on bottom, single bed on top, single fold away bed, sofa lounge/double bed, T.V with Netflix, DVD Player & DVD's (great lounge room for the kids!) Room 4 = large room - queen bed, futon/single bed, single trundle bed Room 5= small room - double bed MAIN BATHROOM is a 3 way bathroom:- Room 1 = double shower, bath and vanity Room 2 = double vanity Room 3 = toilet KITCHEN is a beautiful large country style kitchen with oven/grill, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer with filtered water & ice, small coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Nutri Bullet, air fryer, electric frypan, slow cooker and fully equipped with all your kitchen needs! LAUNDRY is a large room with a large washing machine, a dryer, ironing board & fridge/freezer POOLYARD/ DECK There is a large flat plate gas BBQ, small bar fridge, timber dining table that seats 8-12, Outdoor lounge with coffee table & side tables that seats 5-6 & 2 swing chairs for relaxing! We also have 6 sun lounges So plenty of seating for everyone! You won’t be sorry you made this escape to the country! You will feel well rejuvenated when you leave and will want to re-book your next unique farm stay getaway!!! CHECK IN TIME: . From 3:00pm CHECK OUT TIME: Sundays 3:00pm Weekdays 10:00am School Holidays (strictly) 10:00am Guest access You have the entire farm to yourself apart from the sheds they are not for guest use. We do supply a large shipping container with padlock & key if you wish to lock bikes up at night. Our two sons Zac & Luke & Luke's girlfriend Georgia live in the large shed, they may come & go during your stay & may be riding the tracks or working on the farm. They may also have a couple of mates over as it is their home. Anyone staying on the property during your stay will give you the privacy you need. Other things to note RULES OF ENTRY (STRICTLY NO BUGGIES/SIDE BY SIDE VEHICLES ALLOWED) As motorbike/quad bike riding is a dangerous sport we recommend having your own insurances for if any accidents occur so you can rest assured you will be covered. We have a Ride Agreement & Liability Waiver Agreement that needs to be acknowledged/signed & submitted via our website prior to your arrival. We also have a Stay Agreement that needs to be acknowledged/signed & submitted via our website prior to arrival. If these forms are not submitted prior to arrival you will not be permitted to enter property. RULES FOR BIKES/QUAD BIKES Any types of motorbikes are allowed Farm quad bikes up to 400cc only NO buggies/side by side vehicles are permitted on the property! So please don’t bring them!
