The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, complete with a double oven and two refrigerators that make cooking for even a large group a breeze. The dining table seats 10, with four additional bar height chairs at the kitchen island and another four bar height chairs at the breakfast counter along the window. If you need even more space to eat, the pool table easily converts to a second dining table, and bench seating along each side accommodates at least eight comfortably. On the first floor, a small lounge area overlooks the pool deck. Stretch out on the sofa to watch the game while the kids splash in the pool. Stock the fridge with cold drinks and heat up leftovers and quick snacks to keep your party fueled at the kitchenette. Each bedroom features a TV for personal entertainment and direct bathroom access. Nine of the bedrooms are furnished with a king bed, while a bunk room on the first-floor features two double-over-double bunk beds. The bunk room and two of the second-floor bedrooms offer standard tub/shower combos in their bathrooms, while the other bathrooms are equipped with gorgeous tile roll-in showers that offer a spa-like experience. Outside, triple oceanfront covered porches offer dramatic views and comfortable outdoor seating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer. Other things to note To confirm your booking with Oak Island Accommodations (OIA), you’ll need to review and sign OIA’s vacation rental agreement (you can find the full details of the agreement by exploring the full house rules for this rental before booking) within 48 hours of making your reservation. Please note that the reservation holder signing the agreement must be at least 25 years of age and present at the booked property during the dates of stay. Pet-friendly properties accept dogs only. This property pre-approves up to two dogs. Some property descriptions include owner requested weight limits for dogs - please read the listing in full before booking. This pool provides the option for heating at certain times of the year for an additional fee of $100/day plus tax. This fee would be paid after booking. If you would like to add heating, please message to alert us and we will reach out to arrange everything with you. We do require at least 48 hours notice to add heating for your stay. Please note that electric pool heaters do not maintain warm water temperatures if the ambient temperature drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If you pay for heating that cannot be accommodated due to the weather, we will refund the fee for any affected days.
