The space Casa Paraiso is a 3 story 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom 3000 square-foot beach house that can accommodate up to 16 people (11 adults and 5 children under the age of 12) The floor plan offers a King Master Suite with private bath on the second floor along with a queen bedroom and another full bathroom, a dining area and living room area that has a 65 inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers including a Keurig. We also have a number of appliances like a rice cooker, griddle, crockpot and toaster to name a few. The third floor offers 3 bedrooms including another King Master Suite with its own bathroom, 1 Queen bedroom and the Kids Room with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) a separate twin bed along with a twin trundle bed (Note: The Kid’s bed can only accommodate children) , another full bathroom and a large living room area with a 65 inch Smart TV and a pull out sofa that can accommodate 2 people, and an additional rollaway bed. The house has 1500 square feet of covered deck space with dining and seating options to enjoy beautiful views of the sound and the gulf. A great place to relax and enjoy the cool sea breeze. On the ground floor, you can choose to lounge around the private gunite pool and BBQ area (the pool is 20' X 10' and is 4 1/2' deep in the center and 3 1/2' deep on each end) where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ of your fresh catch of the day or if that didn’t work out, then another meat selection from your grocer would work fine too. PLEASE NOTE: There is a 5% County Tourist/Bed Tax (that is not collected by Airbnb) to be collected prior to check in. The pool heater charge is $75 per day should you want the pool to be heated during the cooler months . Note: ambient temperatures must be no colder than 50 degrees to have the pool heated. This service has to be inquired and paid in advance and for the duration of your stay. This property is located on the Gulf side (south) of the main highway so you do not have to cross any major streets to get to the beach. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house except the storage closets on the ground floor and a linen closet on the 2nd floor and another on the 3rd floor.
