We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay unless emergency. Only after you depart. - Don't smoke anywhere in the condo or outside the condo. Parking Lot only. If you smoke on the veranda or in the condo, there's a $500 fee to remediate. -8 human max (6 adult max) - No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. -Stained linens from make-up, self-tanner or tinted sunscreen will be replaced and charged to the the guest. - Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
