Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This home includes a hot tub year-round, four bedrooms, five bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out and relax on your vacation. The space This freshly painted and updated farm house has plenty of room for your gathering. The home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and so much more. When arriving at our home, we have a very easy check in process to ease your travel stress. Our check-in info is sent 24 hours before arrival, but any extra questions can be quickly answered as well. When entering the home, the first room you enter through the double doors is the large kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combo with an ice maker, large double ovens, a cooktop, eat in kitchen, and a huge pantry for whatever you may need. Our kitchen island seats 4, along with a dining room table that seats an additional 4 people. Right off the left of the kitchen is the living room. This is a breathtaking room with two story, floor to ceiling windows and a second story indoor catwalk. This room has a leather sectional, a leather recliner and a smart TV for plenty of R&R time. If you continue down 3 steps, you'll walk straight into our mudroom. This area has an additional fridge/freezer, sink, plenty of cabinets and a half bath. If you go back to the left of the kitchen, that's where you'll find our half bath that includes a washer and dryer. Continue walking straight and you'll enter the formal dining room. This gorgeous table has a protective cover on it that can be removed for your formal dinners. It sits 10 people and has great views of the cow pasture and backyard. It also has a beautiful chandelier right above the table as well as a china cabinet with barware for formal dinners as well. One door off the dining room leads to the home office that includes a chair, desk and a quiet, peaceful area to work. Through the other walkway off the dining room, you will enter the den. This is a very quiet space that is perfect to have some quiet time away from the rest of the house. We have a sleeper sofa, a few chairs to sit in, and a selection of books to read or games to play. When exiting the den, to the left is our foyer. This space lets in so much natural light with the two story, floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful chandelier. This is also where you access the upstairs. Right at the top of the stairs, you'll find another quiet sitting area. This area has amazing views with it's second story windows. All of the bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on this floor. There are two full bathrooms in this hallway off of the sitting area that include tubs and a shower. The first "orange" bedroom at the end of the hallway has a full mattress and a crib, with a crib mattress. There is lots of natural light in this room. The room also includes a dresser and a large closet with built ins. The next room is our "purple room", has a large mirror and vanity that makes getting ready for the day so much easier. This room also includes a large closet and dresser, as well as a sitting area in front of a window that doubles as storage. Enjoy a goods nights rest in this room with a queen bed plush white bedding. Continuing down the hall, the next bedroom is our "B&B" room. This very quaint room has charming floral wallpaper, and in our opinion has the best views as well. This room is very spacious and has a large closet, dresser and a chair. The final room upstairs is our luxurious master bedroom. This room truly checks all the boxes, it has a huge, private outdoor balcony with French doors leading to it, a large closet with 3 walls of mirrors. This room also includes a large king bed and two dressers. The ensuite bathroom has its own closet, double vanity, shower and a towel warmer to complete this luxurious space. There is a door by the closet that leads to the second story cat walk that overlooks the living room. There is another set of stairs to take downstairs and it leads right into the kitchen area. The outdoor areas of this home are incredible as well. There is a beautiful gazebo to sit under, a fountain, plenty of seating and porches in the front and back of the house, a pool, hot tub, basketball court, and an extremely spacious yard to enjoy nature. The backyard has great views of our pastures and fields. Guest access Guests have access the house, back/side/front yards. The attic, garage and basement are off limits. These doors are either locked or labeled. Other things to note Pool is closed October - April (weather dependent, dates can change)
