Welcome to the beautiful Emerald Coast! This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage located in the gated resort community of Maravilla. This home is located in a private cul-de-sac. The open concept living space has plenty of space for your family/friends to enjoy. We know your pets are part of the family so we do allow dogs too! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space The cottage is located on the north end of the resort but is a short stroll to the beach. You also have the option to park closer to the beach access if needed. Two complimentary beach chairs and one umbrella (March 15 - October 30) are included with this rental. Maravilla Resort consists of two community pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball goals, pickleball, shuffleboard courts and a small fitness area. There is a walking /running/bike trail along Scenic Gulf Drive that attracts many especially in the morning hours. Maravilla is conveniently located in a prime area for all activities in Destin and the surrounding area. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shopping, golf, and much much more are right around the corner!!! This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated community and security will check ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises. In lieu of a damage deposit, a $99.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1500. This fee will show up on the payment page as an admin fee. Important Message: When booking this property it is imperative that you tell us a little about yourself and the party that is traveling with you. We will not honor your reservation without this information. Please specify what type of pet you would like to bring (breed and size).
