Due to strong winds, the fireplace may occasionally fail to operate. The queen-size sleeper sofa offers extra sleeping space for two, perfect for families or friends. ✔ Fully Equipped Kitchen: Test your culinary skills in a recently upgraded kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. All essential utensils, cookware, and basic staples (salt, pepper, oil) are provided, so you can cook, bake, or enjoy a quick meal at the dining table or kitchen island. ✔ Private Balcony: Sip your coffee or wine while soaking in serene mountain views and vibrant sunsets. ★ Housekeeping Package ★ Your stay includes fresh linens, towels, kitchen essentials, and toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.). We've also stocked the kitchen with trash bags, dish soap, and basic cooking ingredients to make your experience as convenient and stress-free as possible. Guest access You will have full access to both adjacent units, 312 and 313, providing a spacious and comfortable stay. While locked cleaning closets are reserved for housekeeping, you’ll enjoy complete access to all other amenities, including the outdoor hot tub, elevator, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Other things to note Additional Notes - Free Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttles run between the Village, Top of the Mountain, and Silver Creek for night skiing. Access the Western Territory via the Silver Creek shuttle. - Pets Policy: Unfortunately, Rimfire does not allow pets. Certified service animals are welcome, but please notify us in advance and register them at the front desk upon arrival. - Early Check-In: Check-in begins at 5:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible for an additional fee if the unit is ready, but it is not guaranteed. - Late Check-Out: Late check-outs are not available. If you'd like to extend your stay, we’re happy to book an additional night, subject to availability. - Parking: Paid garage parking is included and available after 5:00 PM on your check-in day. Free parking is also available in the general parking lot. - Prohibited Items: Pets, bikes, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $300 fine. Bikes may only be brought into the building if permitted by management. - Booking Policy: All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the platform's policy.
