Fully equipped designer kitchen with essentials to cook at home. Smart Lock Front Door. Small pets welcome (+fees) The space Brand new conversion from a shop with large shop front windows (smoked for privacy) in both the bedrooms and living room. Wooden floors throughout with non slip porcelain grey vein tiles in the kitchen. Brand new clean white interiors decorated with our eclectic style in furnishings and homeware. Our large dining table (for 6-8 people) has split use for work purposes and dining, it is located in our open plan living/dinner with sofa-bed and large Smart TV with Netflix (use Bagshot). The designer kitchen includes the back door out to the recycling rubbish bins our tiled courtyard and Half Moon Street. The large bedroom has bedside tables with draws, shelves and a wardrobe with cupboard and draws (and umbrella!), as well as a Smart TV (Netflix not available in bedroom), an arm chair and a king size bed. It is located opposite the fully tiled bathroom with bath tub and shower over head. *NEW* we now have Faith In Nature Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner in our new dispenser in the bathroom! Guest access *Newly Available* we now have a Private Parking Permit for 1 vehicle in the The Three Mariners Car Park for just £5 per stay! You can easily walk to over 6 pubs, 7+ restaurants and take aways, the train station, bus stops, the BP petrol station with M&S shopping, the Co-op super market and also the large Waitrose supermarket and Subway just up the hill before Penny Hill Park. There are multiple parks, common land and woods where you can enjoy walks or running in the countryside. See "Dog Walks" in our Bagshot Guidebook for local walking and dog walking routes. Activities like horse riding, polo, golf, tennis, swimming and various gyms are all within easy reach of Bagshot. Animal Water Bowl under the sink. Cleaning products under the sink. In the Bathroom - *NEW* we now have a Shower Gel / Shampoo & Conditioner dispenser. First Aid Kit & Sewing Kit and Hair Dryer in the baskets. Hand soap dispenser on the sink. Each guest is provided with a large towel and bathrobe for their stay however we have a cupboard next to the bathroom with more towels if you need them, there is also bed linen for the sofa bed (double - please use the mattress protector provided for the sofa-bed) and spare linen for the king size bed, should you need it. Cleaning is at checkout. If you require additional cleaning please request it during your reservation. Stays of 12+ days are charged an extra £50 (paid separately) for a mid stay clean with bed linen & towel changes. Pets must be approved by age, size and education. Pets fee´s from £35 per pet, per stay up to 1 week. Pet fee´s for longer stays are paid weekly or monthly through Airbnb´s Resolution Centre or directly by bank transfer. NO PETS ON FURNITURE please bring your own high backed pet beds & blankets. We supply a pet water bowl in the kitchen it is not a food bowl please bring your own. No pet food using our crockery or cutlery, please bring your own. Small events up to 10 people are possible, like bride or groom wedding day preparations, business meetings and small celebrations.
