Outdoor quiet hours after 10PM strictly enforced by the local authorities. This is a residential neighbourhood and police will be called. No motorcycle parking if not on driveway. There are exterior working cameras surrounding the house as well as noise level detectors in and outside of the property. Guest access Entire space is included in this rental except the locked garage. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. *Pool heater on request 48 hours in advance. $30 a day upcharge. Will only heat 20°F hotter than outside. Twice-weekly maintenance keeps the pool clean. However, outdoor elements like leaves, dirt, or even evidence of local lizards, such as droppings, may occasionally be present. These are natural outcomes of an open-air pool and are promptly addressed during our regular upkeep.
