The lower deck storage box has swimming supplies you are welcome to also use during your stay. Please note = The docks that are located in front of the property are private and not available for renters. GREAT swimming/beach/boat ramp options nearby: *A Public boat ramp and swimming area is 1.2 miles from Lake House - 27796 Strawberry Ln Golden 65658 - This is a very private boat ramp to put in and take out if needed and you plenty of room in front of house or driveway to keep everything hooked/stored. Lake shoes are recommended. *Eagle Rock Park - 7 miles from Lake House. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Location has a SWIM BEACH, playground, Picnic Tables, Showers/Restrooms, Fishing & Boat Ramps. • Boat/Jet Ski Rentals = 2 Marinas nearby: Eagle Rock Marina – 7.8 miles by land and less than 1 mile by water - Large area to launch your boat. You can also check into storage slip fees if interested. They have fuel and restaurant as well. You can rent boats and supplies. Contact Eagle Rock Marina for more details @ four one seven - two seven one - three three nine eight. Public swimming/beach/picnic/bathrooms/showers/camping area is across the street from marina. They also have boat captains available to reserve so they can drive you around the lake, etc. Other things to note The downstairs bedroom closest has 6 fishing rods and some light tackle you are welcome to use. Easily assessable direct access to lake from back yard property edge of home. Great fishing for bass, perch and catfish. The lower deck facing water has two hammock swinging chairs, corn hole boards & ring toss boards. The storage unit on bottom back deck has 2 beach chairs / life jacket / Noodles and swimming gear you are welcome to use for lake swimming.
