Be sure to visit and enjoy the convenient Family style "Depot Diner" less than 1 mile from house with OUTSTANDING food! New hardwood floors and paint throughout the entire house (no carpet). All furniture within the house is new (2023) including bed mattresses. House has double level deck's so privacy is easy for each floor/bedroom looking at lake. Easy direct access to lake from back yard for swimming and fishing. The downstairs bedroom closest has 6 fishing rods and some light tackle you are welcome to use. Fishing from property edge of home is easily assessable. Great fishing for bass, perch and catfish. The lower deck facing water has two hammock swinging chairs, corn hole boards and ring toss boards.
