The 3 bdrm, 2 bath, 2 story loft main house, together with the 1 bd, 1 ba guest house can accommodate 14. (Or you can rent ONLY the main house for $225/ night). Floor to ceiling windows and large front patio offer lake, sunrise, fire pit and aquatic bird viewing. The private pool, disc golf, ping pong, corn hole, board games, toys, and puzzles are some of the activities offered! The space Welcome to this mid century Lakehouse that will take you back in time. Nestled away on Lake Pierce between Lake Wales and Winter Haven, you’ll be just 15 minutes from LegoLand and 10 minutes from Bok Tower. Whether you’re fishing off the dock, making s’mores by the fire, or swimming in the pool, prepare to relax and enjoy this secluded retreat. Main House - The main house is a two story home with a spectacular lake view. The top floor has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and a cozy loft area. The bedroom has a queen bed and a floor futon, and the loft had a floor futon. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. One bedroom includes 2 queen beds and the other bedroom has 2 full beds. Guest House- This fully functional guest house has a queen bed in the partitioned sleep area, and a full size sofa sleeper, full kitchen and full bath. Guest access The main house can be rented alone, without the guest house, for $225/night. The washer/dryer is located outside in the carport storage room. The grill is on the carport, please wheel it out from under the carport when in use. The camper and boats on the property are not included in rental. The pool, the dock and kayaks are available for use at your own risk. Do NOT swim or go in the lake - there are ALLIGATORS! Other things to note There is a friendly cat named Tripper that has adopted the property, and is often let inside when people are there. Please consider this before booking in case anyone in your group has allergies or would otherwise be affected. Also please be aware there is lake and canal waterfront around 3/4 of the property and the pool is not fenced or gated. Please supervise children!
