The space The Shamba is a single-storey barn designed for ease, accessibility and quiet retreat. With step-free living, underfloor heating, a wet room and open-plan space, it’s particularly well suited to older guests, those with limited mobility, or anyone seeking a slower, more relaxed stay. Its private patio overlooking open parkland creates a sense of space and calm. Ideal for: • Multi-generational group stays • Wedding guest accommodation • Guests seeking accessible, single-level living It also works well as a midweek contractor base - practical, comfortable and quiet. Part of a wider estate sleeping up to 20, The Shamba can be combined with other properties for larger gatherings. Guests can enjoy Larder & Co food experiences throughout their stay. Guest access The Shamba is situated in a coutyard with cart sheds alongside. Guests can use the cart sheds for their cars/ bikes. The grassed area is for all guests to share. The fields are able to be used for guests dog walking, straight outside. We will provide a code for the key-safe ahead of your arrival in order that you can self check-in. Other things to note The tennis court is here for you to use - just a courtesy request to see if it is free. We have beach hut on our closest sandy beach which can be hired by guests. (£15 per day) This allows you somewhere to leave all your gear, have a cup of tea or simply sit outside on the promenade or grass behind the hut taking in the sea air!
