Whether you're relaxing after a paddle or enjoying a family game night, this space is built for memories. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements Master Bedroom: Queen bed + TV — cozy and comfortable Bunk Room: (2) Twin beds — great for kids or friends Office/3rd Bedroom: Queen Murphy bed (non-private) Note: Murphy bed must be stowed when not in use to allow access to the sliding patio door. 📌 Other Notes Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, max combined weight 50 lbs. Yard is not fenced—dogs must be on a tether or under supervision. No other pets without prior approval. Please clean up after pets and keep them off furniture. Additional fees above the pet fee applies for excess shedding or damage. Motion-activated outdoor cameras are installed (front, side, and dock) for safety and to monitor water equipment. No indoor or private area surveillance. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Lawn care is scheduled for Thursday mornings. Trash pickup occurs Tuesday mornings. A $75 pet fee per stay covers additional cleaning for up to two pets (to manage hair and dander for future guests). No parties or events allowed.
