This house of about 100 m2 in stone, furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, will offer you the tranquility of a comfortable stay. Ideally located in a Normandy village between land and sea, close to Caen and at the entrance to Swiss Normandy, the house is surrounded by hiking trails along the Guigne and Orne. You will benefit from an exceptional bucolic setting and can indulge in hiking and biking thanks to its greenway leading to Caen, the beaches... The space You enter the accommodation through the living room: fitted and equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room. You will find everything you need to cook and share your meals in the best conditions. The living room consists of a sofa and its stressless armchair as well as two matching stools and is centered around a coffee table and faces the TV. If, however, something is missing, please let us know, we will be happy to help! You have a fondue maker as well as a plancha. Games are available for evenings with family and/or friends. Once you've crossed the main room, you'll access the garden and the ground floor bedroom. This bedroom has direct access to the garden, it has a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you will also find a laundry with an ironing board and iron as well as the necessary maintenance equipment. On the first floor, 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds overlooking Normandy Switzerland. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes this first floor. The staircase will then take you to the second floor with two attic bedrooms, each with a single bed. Baby is welcome: a high chair, bathtub and baby bed are available for baby's use. A linen package including linens, beds made on arrival and towels is required for €50 payable until the day of your arrival. Should you have any requests, please contact us via the messenger. Guest access GPS should take you home without any problems. If you ever have any issues with check-in, please let us know. The village is quiet. It is at the start or on the way to many hiking trails and the greenway. Other things to note Ideally located in Normandy, the accommodation is the perfect base to regain strength between visits. From here you can visit: - Caen city center - its castle, abbeys, half-timbered houses, etc. (10 km), - Caen Memorial (15 km), - Ouistreham Riva Bella - seaside resort (30 km), - Cabourg - seaside resort (36 km), - Deauville - seaside resort (54 km), - Bayeux - its tapestry, its cathedral, its medieval festivals (35 km), - Arromanches-les-Bains - in the heart of the landing beaches, remains of the artificial harbor (39 km), - Clécy - in the heart of Swiss Normandy, starting point for many water and mountain activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding... (28 km). And for a slightly longer excursion: you are less than a 2-hour drive from Mont Saint Michel! As a reminder, the greenway allows you to reach Ouistreham on one side via Caen city center and Clécy on the other in a green setting along the Orne. Rail biking is available in the next village.
