Head out to the garage to find the ping pong and foosball tables, perfect for a little friendly competition! Here you will also find 7 adult bikes for exploring Sunriver. On this level, you will find the sun room, laundry room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a half bath for guests. Bedroom 1 is a King bedroom with a new luxury 'PressureSmart" Lux firm pillowtop mattress (June 2023), cable TV and DVD player and attached jack-n-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is a Queen bedroom with TV, this bedroom shares the bathroom with the king bedroom. Bedroom 3 is an ensuite king bedroom with a brand new luxury Beautyrest "Black" mattress (June 2023), private deck, TV and DVD player and attached private, full bath with walk in shower and large closet. You’ll find two full bathrooms in the hall. One with a shower/tub combo, the other with walk in shower. Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds. Bedroom 5 is a King bedroom with TV and DVD player and sitting area. Head outside to the large back deck with lake views. Here you'll find a gas BBQ and private hot tub.
