This level features a serene bedroom with a king bed and another with a queen bed, both connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath adds convenience, and the inviting sunroom is the perfect place to sip coffee, read, or enjoy the views. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious ensuite bedroom featuring a king bed with a plush Beautyrest Black mattress, a large walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a secluded deck for quiet moments with a view. The second upstairs bedroom includes another king bed with a luxurious PressureSmart Lux firm pillowtop mattress, plus cable TV and a DVD player.
