Warm your heart and toes in the desert night, near a blazing propane fire pit, lounge on our outdoor bed swing or enjoy a soak under the stars in our spacious spa with jets humming through your soul. The space You walk into the luxurious master bedroom which seduces you with a king bed made of refurbished wood, dressed in white linen sheets adjoining a spaciously crafted walk-in closet. White granite tops gleam back at you, inviting you to wash your worries away. That stone shower presses against the soles of your feet as water cleanses that last drop of fatigue into oblivion. Everything is taken care of–even the white plush robes which embrace you after your bath. Two more spacious bedrooms echo the wooden floors with queen-sized refurbished wooden beds, white linen sheets, and whiter robes. Antique alarm clocks tick away but are meaningless in this timeless space. In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and sparkling speckles of granite countertops open your palate to possibilities as you feast on Anthropologie’s earthenware–dishes fit for the gods. Deeply mysterious art from faraway lands adorns the walls and invites their magic into this home away from home. You lean back, sip a glass of your wine and look around at your family and friends–a few play classic games and a shriek of laughter ensures that all is well. Other things to note • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • CAMERA Outdoor forward facing recording camera for safety and security. Never inside of the home. The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We require hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest’s stay. We prohibit security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas. • PETS Dogs can be allowed for a one time $60 per dog fee (max 2). • DIRECTIONS GPS should bring you easily to the property • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house are all paved to get to the property. • A/C & Heater The home is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning through the house to keep everyone comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane fire pit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
