The main living space is open-concept and made for gathering, featuring a gorgeous handmade reclaimed-wood farmhouse table with benches that seats up to 8. Settle into the living room with a cold drink and take in the breathtaking views over Rustico Bay. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms plus a games room. The front king room features a handmade reclaimed-wood king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and stunning bay views. The second front bedroom has two trundle beds, a large closet, and more Rustico Bay views. The third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, a large closet, and overlooks the spacious yard. At the back upstairs, the games room includes a ping pong table, foosball, putting green, board games, a fridge, and views of the backyard. Guest access The entire home and 2 acres of yard is yours to relax and enjoy! The crawlspace is locked for child safety. Other things to note Beach towels, a beach bag, and a few chairs are provided for easy beach days. You’ll also find lawn games, including washer toss and bocce ball. Travelling with little ones? A high chair and pack ’n play and foldable cart are available. The Smart TV lets you sign into Netflix, Prime, Crave, or stream music. For comfort year-round, heat pumps (A/C + heat) are located in the living room, games room, and one upstairs bedroom. Ceiling fans and two table fans are also available.
