Welcome to Tús Nua , our slice of paradise on the North Shore of PEI! Perfect location - 5 mins to Brackley Beach, Deckers Dairy Bar, Barachois Beach(a local favourite!) and Gallants store , 10 mins to North Rustico, 15 mins to Cavendish and Charlottetown.2 mins to our local gas store that has a liquor license and a seasonal take out spot. Fur Baby friendly :) PEI Tourism License : 4000057 The space Downstairs there is the first bedroom with a queen bed, large closet and direct access to the downstairs bathroom through a cheater door which allows you to use it like an ensuite. The living space is open plan with a gorgeous handmade reclaimed wood farmhouse table with two benches and can seat 8 ppl. The best views can be seen from the living room where you can enjoy a glass of something cold while relaxing on the couch and enjoy breathtaking views over Rustico Bay. Upstairs we have two bedrooms to the front of the house and one in the middle. The first bedroom has a beautiful handmade reclaimed wood king bed, walk in wardrobe and beautiful views of Rustico Bay. The second bedroom has two trundle beds, large closet and also has beautiful views of Rustico Bay. The final bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, large closet and looks out over the large yard. To the back of the house upstairs we have the games room which has a ping pong table, foosball table, putting green, board games, fridge and views over the back yard. Guest access The entire home and 2 acres of yard is yours to relax and enjoy! The crawlspace is locked for child safety. Other things to note Some Beach towels, a bag and some chairs are provided for your convenience for you to utilize during your stay. Lawn and outdoor games - Washer Toss,bocce ball High chair and pack and play is also available for your little ones. The TV is a smart TV so you can connect to Netflix, Prime, Crave or just stream music. Heat pumps for Air conditioning/heat are available in the living room, games room and one upstairs bedroom. Ceiling fans and 2 table fans are also available to use should you need. Patio has a glass outdoor dining table which seats 4 comfortably, outdoor seating and BBQ.
