Remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar, top-line appliances, and wine fridge. South exposure, heated pool (86°) with spillover spa, dock and boat lift, grill, beach gear, WiFi, and 4 TVs. No pets or smoking. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Daily electric allowance: $12. Refundable security deposit: $500. Other things to note POOL HEAT. Pool heat is an optional price amenity. Some people use the pool, many do not.  If you want a heated pool during your winter stay, we have a daily $ 25 pool heat charge. This is an add on charge and not included in the rental rate. Maximum pool heat temperature is 86 degrees. Occasional issues with pool equipment can result in no pool or spa heat. If so, there may be a credit for up to but not exceeding $25 per day for full days with no pool heat.
