The space Nestled in a tranquil, secluded spot at the bottom of our cottage garden, the Hideaway Pod offers a private and peaceful experience. Built with high-quality materials, it ensures a cozy and comfortable stay, even on chilly Highland evenings. The space includes: * A private, south-facing patio with a table and chairs and a firepit, great for outdoor time. * A comfortable double bed. * An ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Cole & Lewis shower gel and shampoo are provided. * A small kitchenette with electric cooking hobs, microwave, mini fridge and cooking utensils and essentials. * Fast Wi-Fi to stay connected. The Neighborhood Our pod is on the historic Lewiston Road in Drumnadrochit village. Lewiston Restaurant and Brewery Bar, serving tasty Scottish food, are around a 10-minute walk away. The Co-op supermarket and an authentic Italian takeaway are about a 15-minute walk or a 3–4 minute drive. Esso petrol station is a 3- 4-minute drive. The Loch Ness Experience and famous Urquhart Castle are both close by. For nature enthusiasts, numerous hiking trails are right on your doorstep, including the Great Glen Way, Balmacaan Woods, Glen Affric, and Divach Falls, where you might spot ancient woodlands, red squirrels, and herds of deer. Getting Around Drumnadrochit is an ideal base for exploring the wider Highlands.
