It feature TWO full bathrooms (one is ensuite to the master bedroom), and ONE 1/2 bathroom. Master Bedroom - King Bed | Work Area/Desk | 32” Smart TV Bedroom 2 - King Bed Bedroom 3 - Full Bed | Twin on roll-out frame bed | Work Area/Desk -Our home has a 1 car garage, and it’s own driveway that can fit 2 cars/trucks. - Lightening fast WiFi on our large 65"(Living room) & 32”(Master Bedroom) SMART TV Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 2 king size bed, 1 full size bed, 1 twin size bed, 1 queen blowup mattress in the living room - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, toaster, blender, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! What people don’t like about our home - Our home is located in Castle Hills, right at the edge of commercial space to include a few bars and a dental lab whose compressor creates a “hush” noise periodically. It’s not on a main street, but depending on the time of day there will be light traffic sounds and children playing outside. For these reasons we have included at the home: 😴 White noise machines 💤 Blackout and noise dampening curtains ⚠️ If you are someone who is really sensitive to noise and need absolutely quiet to sleep or relax, then we do not recommend booking a stay. ⚠️ Guest access You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to the River Walk- one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of San Antonio! Other things to note Additional guest fee apply after 5 guests There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.  Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We have 3 exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7 for security purposes.  They are located at the doorbell, in the backyard facing the backdoor entrance, and above the garage facing the driveway. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. TAXES: Please note, all bookings in Texas are subject to a 6 percent lodging tax. Additionally, the city of San Antonio's Hotel Occupancy Tax rate is 9 percent.
