Welcome to our "Secret Home". Enjoy everything Eugene has to offer at this private, but centrally-located home located in the popular Ferry St. Bridge neighborhood. This house is in walking distance to Oakway center which boasts premier shopping, grocery stores, and eateries. Autzen stadium, Hayward Field, Matt Knight arena & University of Oregon are all between 2-3.5 miles away. This 4 bedroom home has heat/AC, is kid and dog friendly (2 max) and has all the basics you will need for your stay. The space This older home is comfortable, in a quiet location, but has a unique layout. There is a bedroom and 1/2 bath (bedroom #3) that is located in the center of the home. Guests must walk through this room to get from one side of the house to the other. Please ensure this will work for your party. House sits on 1 acre property, in the middle of town, but please note that Airbnb guests will only be permitted to use the entire house and outside of the property, up to the fence line. Guest access Entire house! Need more space? We also have the neighboring property. Please inquire. Other things to note * There are 3 different, single steps throughout the house. Please be aware of these steps when walking around *Master bedroom is in the center of the house. Guests must walk through this bedroom to get from one end of the house to the other. Please ensure this works for your party. *A gate was recently added to the driveway leading up to the front of the property. Feel free to close and latch if needed, or you can leave it open during your stay. *There is no cable tv, and only limited local channels are available. However, tv has apps for streaming. Feel free to use your account to sign into any apps to watch your favorite shows. *2 dog maximum allowed. Dogs cannot be left unattended at anytime inside home. *Please read over all house rules before booking, and ensure ALL guests staying and on property understand and agree to house rules.
