Penty Barn Holiday Cottage - An attractive barn conversion set in the beautiful Welsh countryside accommodating up to 24 guests. The perfect base to relax and escape the rush and stresses of every day life. Includes a large indoor games room and bar area, outdoor heated swimming pool, luxury hot tub, Fire Hut, Outdoor kitchen area and bar, wood burning stove and plenty of outdoor space. The space Penty Barn Holiday Cottage Penty Barn is a beautiful country barn conversion offering self catering accommodation for up to 24 guests. Penty Barn provides the most amazing outdoor space. - Huge luxury hot tub measuring 3.8m in length, with 10 seats including 2 loungers. Set under a beautiful wooden gazebo, so can be used all year round whatever the weather. - Outdoor heated swimming pool (28x14ft) set around a beautiful patio area with seating. The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from the beginning of April - end of October. The pool can be open and heated out of season (November - March) but it will be an extra cost and we will need prior notice, so please message. - Outdoor BBQ / Kitchen and bar area. It's undercover so can be used all year round. It's a 5 ring gas BBQ, built in slate worktops either side and shelves on top. Seating all to one side and a bar at the opposite end. Outside there's 2 large wooden dining tables for Al Fresco dining. - Outdoor games such as badminton. - Cabin Hut - Beautiful wooden hut where you can light a fire all year round and toast marshmallows etc. It's very spacious inside and has benches all the way round to seat people. - Large fire pit with a seating area. Perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. - With over an acre of grounds, you can play a number of games - football, cricket, badminton etc. - Badminton net and 2 x football goals There’s also a children’s play area which consists of: inground trampoline, swing and slide set, nest swing and seesaw. As regards to parking there’s ample amount of space, there’s 2 parking sections to comfortably accommodate plenty of vehicles. Inside - We can accommodate up to 24 guests. Our base rates includes the first 20 guests and after 20 guests we charge £40 per person per night. (Please notify me when booking for more than 20 guests) - Games room and bar area Large games room and bar area. Features include - bar area with seating, dart board and lighting, Multi games table (Pool, Air hockey and table tennis), seating area with an L-Shaped sofa, 65inch tv, karaoke machine and a speaker. There’s also a large flower wall with a bench so you can take photos with your friends and family. - Living room Large cosy living room with a wood burning stove for those cosy nights! Large 75 inch TV with SKY Q - sky package includes entertainment, movies, kids boxsets and Netflix - Perfect for film and games nights There’s also a PS4 with games. -Sun room which is directly connected to the living room to make into one large room. Lots of seating and beautiful views of the grounds. One of sofas is a sofa bed -Large Kitchen & Dinning Room - Beautiful shaker style kitchen with a central island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen essentials to cook up a storm with your family and friends. Complete with a range master range cooker, American fridge freezer, wine rack, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Step up from the kitchen into the beautiful dining room with a large banqueting dining table to seat everyone. The perfect place to enjoy a meal with everyone. BEDROOMS: There's 8/9 bedrooms and we can accommodate up to 24 guests. Our base rates are for the first 20 guests and after 20 guests we charge £40 per person per night. 2 downstairs - 1 Double bedroom with ensuite - 1 Double bedroom, it right next to the downstairs bathroom 6 Upstairs which all feature lovely exposed original beams, with black out blinds. First wing: - 1 Large room with 6 single beds - 1 Double bedroom - 1 Double bedroom - 1 double bed and 2 single beds (the 2 single beds are in separate section of the room) Second wing: - 1 Master bedroom with a king size bed and a luxurious roll top bath - 1 Double bedroom with a single bed 1 double sofa bed in the sunroom BATHROOMS: 1 downstairs bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and a shower above the bath. 1 separate downstairs shower room opposite the bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has its own separate en-suite - shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs in the first wing there's a bathroom with a roll top bath, shower, toilet and sink Upstairs in the second wing there's a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. In the master bedroom there's a luxurious roll top bath. Guest access You have full and sole use of the whole property including a large garden and 1 acre field
