There are a few steps from the carport up to the large front deck (which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining) and the front door. The kitchen, dining and living are open plan. There are two bedrooms one with en-suite, both look out on to either the front or back deck. The rear deck is accessed from the kitchen, via a large utility room that has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bathroom and separate toilet are also off this room and there is a dog door suitable for a small to medium size dog. Immerse yourself in nature, enjoy the magnificent trees, charming garden and abundant bird life - the rear deck has a large dining table and chairs, it is mostly undercover. A few steps down lead in to the courtyard which is fully fenced. Guest access Guest have the entire home plus two decks and a courtyard. There is a two car carport, there is no other parking on the property. Other things to note Our focus is to provide a comfortable and delightful place to stay with all the amenities you would expect in a private home. Our beach house is a peaceful, natural retreat located in a quiet leafy street only a short walk to the beach. It is a two minute drive into Inverloch village for coffee, pizza, quality restaurants and lovely home ware and clothing boutiques, fishing and surfing gear shops plus supermarket, chemist, newsagent etc. *We have over-height toilets, walk in showers +a shower chair and a toilet chair on request for guest with mobility requirements.
