We have a large flat yard overlooking the beautiful lake which rises right up to the edges of our yard, (not a sand beach) easily assessable to your jet ski’s/boats/swimming. The neighborhood boat ramp just yards away! Enjoy the fire pit, lake, or sit back and watch the others! Boat trailers need parked at the lot next to the boat ramp. This huge 3 story home has hosted anywhere from families of 10 to big groups of 18 or more!! We do not charge extra for additional guests. Our circular driveway is pretty steep but the neighborhood boat ramp is just yards away from the house; where you can leave your boat/trailer. The dome boasts over 4000 sqft. Of living area lower deck, and an upper wrap around deck with plenty of seating for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms on all 3 levels of the home. If you choose to bring the family pet, be sure to choose “pets included” when booking. Guest access Whole house with wrap around decking, great yard space on the banks of Lake Hamilton. Other things to note Boat trailers & campers do not need down our driveway. As with many lake properties, it’s too steep. We have a great boat ramp within yards of the house with plenty of trailer parking. The lakes in our area have what’s called the “draw down”. The draw begins in November every year, whereas the lakes are lowered approximately 5 feet over a period of a week. The lakes are refilled every March. Dates may change every year.
