Our 4 bedroom home in lovely Riverbend is perfect for your next family getaway. 15 mins to Stampede 15 mins to Downtown 15 mins to Zoo 65 mins to Banff National Park This is our personal home that we will not be using for the time it is available to book. Guest access You will have access to our entire property including front yard and fully fenced back yard. We have a garden shed in the backyard that will be unavailable for your access/use. The only rooms not available for you in the house is the furnace room that will be locked during your stay. Other things to note Our home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided in each bedroom for your comfort. In 30+ degree weather it can get quite warm (affecting Bedroom 1 and 2) in which case, windows should be closed during the day with blinds and blackout curtains drawn until the evening. Do not book if you require central A/C. Portable A/C units are provided for the upstairs bedrooms. We will have someone coming to cut grass and do minor landscaping occasionally. Guest must be ok with someone entering the yard. We will try to schedule this between guests. Registration Details BL263847
