The space Our house is an historic home, built in the 1860s - but completely renovated with central air and heat and all of the modern amenities. We are ideal for your next wine tasting get away. Got kids? We have toys, games and lots for families as well. The house features an outdoor fireplace, Lynx Prosear Grill with Rotisserie, and lots of room for you to relax or play. Minutes to 100s of wineries, a block from award winning eateries and within walking distance to the events at the Amador County Fairgrounds, wine tasting rooms and Amador Brewing Company. Food trucks frequent the brewery and wineries. Zaget rated Taste restaurant is two blocks away, and if you would like us to cook dinner for you - ask about our add-on options. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. The home is comfortable Our gardens are beautiful and perfect for relaxing, playing or sitting in front of the fire. We have a tranquil fairy garden on the adjoining property that you are welcome to wander and soak up the serenity. Of if your little ones like, we can do a fairy garden scavenger hunt or set up a tea for you - these are complementary. We can also send you off on an historic scavenger hunt, an escape room type scavenger hunt (guest favorite) or self-guided walking ghost tour of town! Please make these arrangements in advance. These outdoor activities are exclusively for our guests and free of charge. We do adult scavenger hunt/breakout scavengers s well. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home features two soaking tubs, two showers, high speed wifi, (INTERNET SPEED Blast Pro 300) and Roku TV. Pack-n-play available upon request - family friendly with toys, games and a completely enclosed yard. Work friendly - with quiet spaces, high speed internet and space for small conferences. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies. We wear protective gear to prevent cross-contamination. We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. We comply with local laws regarding health, safety and cleaning. Parties and events are not allowed. We expect our guests to respect our community and be good neighbors. We do not have the capacity to charge EVs. The kitchen is well appointed - making it easy to enjoy a day at the wineries, and then come home and cook a gourmet meal in the evening - or - if you prefer - the house is a block away from Main Street dining. The house is a short drive to swimming holes, rivers and lakes as well. There's also a public pool right around the corner. Gold panning in mind for your Mother Lode stay? Plymouth Hotel has wood fired pizza and seasonal bistro selections. All are within walking distance. Our historic house is equipped with board games and books for all ages. We have Xfinity high speed internet with boost and Roku TV. The town's parks and playgrounds are an easy walk from the house - and the neighborhood's public pool is open all summer for guests to enjoy.
