Recently renovated , this stylishly decorated sixth floor executive two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment boasts elevated views of Pilot Bay and Mauao. A large open plan living area flows to a private balcony where you can enjoy the everchanging vistas. There is a sauna and a gym for your leisure and the popular Mount Maunganui main beach, Pilot Bay, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities are right on your doorstep. The space Modern, spacious living areas cater to all and flow seamlessly to a large balcony with gorgeous views of Mauao and Pilot Bay. The master bedroom comprises a king bed and an elegant ensuite. Watch the cruise ships in the harbour from the window. The remaining bedroom boasts two single beds that can be converted into a king bed. (Advise when booking if you'd like this arrangement). A double sofa bed in the lounge is perfect for children, making this apartment a great option for a family of 5! Please note that the pool and spa area are undergoing maintenance and improvements until mid December 2025 therefore they will not be available for use and there could be some noise disturbance mid week with no construction during the weekends. We have reduced the rate to take this disturbance into account. During this time we are offering guests a 50% discount at the Mount Hot Pools across the road from the apartment. Other things to note There is a cot and a highchair available if required. We don't accept bookings from groups under the age of 25 years. We also have a strict no party policy so if you are planning on holding a party please look elsewhere.
