Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, this comfortable townhouse is perfectly situated for endless outdoor recreation, relaxation, and family-fun. The Alpine Village condo is a short walk to the restaurants, shops, and riverfront park in North Woodstock and a 5-minute drive to more options in Lincoln. Loon and Cannon Mountains, Franconia Notch State Park, as well as attractions such as Alpine Adventures, Clark's Trading Post, Lost River Gorge, and Whales Tale Waterpark are all close by. The space The first floor features an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, comfortable living room with large TV, 3/4 bath, washer and dryer, and a back patio area. The second level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom, and the third-level bedroom--perfect for the kids--has 3 beds and a hang-out/tv area. Portable/window air conditioners are installed in the summer months in the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. The first floor does not have AC, but stays pretty cool and there are screens on the doors and fans available. Other things to note Walk into the village for a bite at the Woodstock Inn and Brewery, enjoy ice cream in the summer at Coneheads, and buy maple syrup at Fadden's General Store. Alpine Village borders the Fay State Forest and there are hiking trails that can be accessed right from the complex. There is also one tennis court and a basketball hoop. The condo has a place for one car in front of the unit, but can accomodate more in nearby overflow parking areas.
