This home is perfect for larger groups of family and friends. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two living rooms, everyone has their own space to relax and enjoy their time away from home. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room, complete with comfortable seating and a large smart TV. Our fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedrooms are equally impressive, with plush bedding, ample closet space, and benches to relax or hold luggage. There is one bedroom downstairs equipped with two queen beds. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Three have queen beds and the master bedroom has a king! To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide high-speed wifi, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning. Guest access The whole home is yours (minus a small closet under the stairs). Other things to note We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am. There is a noise sensor on the back patio of the home. It does not record sounds, it just shows noise levels. Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay. Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250. A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door. These devices do record. There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into. If the hot tub is not up to standard, let us know and we will gladly send our team over to check the chemicals and levels for your stay. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
