The entrance of the cottage is just in front of the footbridge that crosses the dunes and leads to the beach of the marina of Ugento, among the most beautiful of the Ionian coast of Salento. By car you can reach both the center of Torre San Giovanni and other of Salento`s most popular vacation destinations, such asSanta Maria di LeucaandGallipoli, in just a few minutes. Also very close by is thehistoric center of Ugento, a small treasure chest of precious artistic and historical evidence. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor. -The double room has an upper window with electric opening. - Please note that upon arrival you are required to pay the deposit of 300 euros by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless the damage is confirmed.
