It’s the perfect spot for unwinding after a day at the beach or enjoying downtime together. ⦁ Private Oceanview Terrace: Step outside to the oceanview terrace, where you’ll find comfortable outdoor seating, an outdoor dining table for 8, and a BBQ grill for cookouts while soaking in the view. ⦁ Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes with high-end appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender for all your culinary needs. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the complex amenities and common lounge areas onsite. Other things to note Guests must wear the bracelet during their entire stay. Replacements have a cost of $1,000 MXN. Bracelets and the access tag are provided at the front desk upon check-in. A photo of the guest is also taken, as access to the common areas is through facial recognition. PARKING: If guests have a vehicle, they may park in front of the building during the day. However, starting at 8:00 p.m., they are required to park in the underground garage. Parking is free, but a Tag 🏷️ is needed to open the garage gate. The Tag is provided at the front desk, but a security deposit of $50 USD or $1,000 MXN is required. The deposit will be returned at check-out upon return of the Tag. If guests fail to park in the underground garage at night, a $1,000 MXN fine will be issued. Visitors are not allowed. BBQ grills are no longer available for vacation rental guests. This is a pet-friendly property with 2 dogs max, 10 kg each. $150 USD Per dog per stay. This property is in Cancun at the Punta Sam Marina. Only ground transportation is required to get there from the airport. There is a daily resort fee of 100 MXN per guest. Payment must be made via debit or credit card with the onsite concierge upon arrival. We provide some basic essentials in your starter kit like toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Just note these items are not replenished. There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. Kindly bear in mind that the 4th bathroom is inside a service room. Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are permitted - 2 dogs max, 10 kg each. 150 USD Per dog per stay. - A maximum of 8 guests is allowed, consisting of 7 adults and 1 child under 16 years old.
